Auto Enrolment - Russian Roulette?

Employers who outsource their pension auto enrolment tasks, and think this means they have also outsourced their responsibilities are playing the dangerous game of Russian roulette.

Employers need to have proper measures, controls and reporting established to ensure compliance and governance is adhered to. There are still too many instances of inaccurate and late contributions, statutory communications issued late, certification and re-enrolment deadlines missed. Ignorance is no excuse!
