As a modern digital business, our main methods of communication with clients are by phone, email or video call (MS Teams).

Digital communication is fast, secure and environmental responsible and inexpensive. If this is not suitable for all clients, we will try to make alternative arrangements where we can.

Once we have a record of your preferences, we will aim to send all future correspondence in the format you choose. If you get a communication from us that isn’t in the right format, just let us know and we will change it for you.
