About Me
Employee Benefits can be challenging; we are here to lighten the
load and free up more of your time. I'm Howard Finch, a Director of ZLS.
Establishing ZLS has enabled me to have better control over my balance in life and focus on the aspects in which I have expertise and can help employers and individuals. Job satisfaction has become far more important to me.
I have worked in financial services since 1993, enjoying a variety of advisory and senior roles. I've spent the past 18 years focusing on employee benefits and previous to that I was a financial adviser.

In terms of qualifications, I have a Business Hons degree,
an MBA and have also attained numerous technical industry-based qualifications.
​
Outside of work I keep active, enjoying family life and a range of sports
including tennis, pickleball, golf, martial arts and cycling.
